I’m from Portsmouth, NH originally and have been coming to Maine since childhood to visit family in the Saco area. After obtaining a B.A. in Legal and Justice Studies and living all over the country from Vermont, California, Pennsylvania and finally to Maine, I’ve never felt as at home as I do in Portland. One of the most exciting parts of living in this area is that home ownership is accessible to people of all different income levels and I work diligently for my clients on both ends of the financial spectrum.

I view a real estate transaction as a partnership working towards my client’s closing and treat each client as I would a friend or family member. I cannot imagine any other way! I am constantly striving to stay knowledgeable in my market area and am steadfastly dedicated to my buyers and sellers. Prior to becoming licensed in real estate, I worked as a paralegal and my research and contract experience has proved to be invaluable when assisting my clients.

This community is important to me and I enjoy giving back. I donate time and or/portions of my commissions to local animal rescue groups, the Portland Museum of Art, 100+ Southern Maine Women Who Care, Portland Trails and The Locker Project helping food insecure kids in local schools.

I share a home in Portland with my husband (always behind a camera) and our 2 beagle mixes, Stinson and Sue.

Recent Client Testimonials:

Kristine was always responsive and readily available, and is well-connected to other dependable professionals in the home-buying process (lenders, inspectors, etc.). She has exceptional judgment, and I appreciated her ability to think of important questions I never would have thought of on my own, never losing sight of my wants and preferences in the process. I couldn’t be happier with my first home.
We didn’t know anything about buying a home or much about the various neighborhoods in greater Portland and she took care of everything. She advocated for us and paid attention to all the little details that we would have overlooked. She replied to emails and texts immediately, and was proactive in contacting us when she saw a listing she thought we’d like. And even when I’m sure we were being annoying she was positive and kind.
As a first time homeowner, I was in need of a professional with serious expertise and a supportive perspective. Kristine provided all that and more. She was adept and intuitive when I felt unsure or needed an answer quickly, and she really knows her stuff. I’m now the happy owner of a beautiful house! Kristine is trustworthy and frankly indispensable.
